Industrial Bioreactors

Bionet has designed and delivered a significant number of industrial bioreactors to satisfied customers for a variety of applications. This has includes the production of antibodies, vaccines, enzymes, probiotics and bioplastics – with working volumes of 30 to 30,000 liters.

We are able to deliver bespoke solutions where the bioreactor is the main component of a system and may also include, for example, media preparation, sterile dosing systems and Cleaning in Place (CIP). These solutions can be delivered fully automated, based on Bionet’s automation standard, where the entire system is designed and qualified as a unit.
