The F3, equipped with the latest technology and innovative features, is available in three models – with 50 liter, 100 liter and 200 liter maximum working volume.

The powerful and precise bottom agitation system within the bioreactor provides a selectable speed range and power delivery adapted to the needs of your culture, as well as easy maintenance. The F3 is available with a standard impeller (Rushton, marine or pitch blade) or a special design on request. The mechanical seal is available as single, double (SIP) or magnetic coupling.

F3 units are equipped with a reliable and precise gas module with flexible and advanced control options. This gives the user control of air supply, N2, O2 and CO2, parameters important in optimizing protein production.

The temperature module includes a jacket, combined with a primary circuit and advanced control with a feedback loop. This automatically heats and cools the contents of the bioreactor, through the circulation of water from a cold-water tank to the jacket. This system provides precise temperature control and optimal heat exchange, suitable for the most demanding of cultures.

BIONET also offers a fully integrated Clean-In-Place (CIP) system, which includes a premium recirculating pump that uses the dossing pumps for acid and base additions and the pH probe for control. CIP can be performed without external devices and controlled with MARTA software, which also allows for programming of cleaning cycles.
