Continuous thermal sterilization (CTS) is a process used to sterilize liquid and food products continuously, widely used in the food and beverage industry, as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing.
CTS involves the heat denaturation of microorganisms to ensure the product is safe for consumption or use. This established technology provides very gentle, quick heating and is validated in real time providing consistent product quality that is easily scalable.
